We gladly accept returns on items that haven't been customized - unless the error was on our part with the customization.

Please email us at contact@epsdigital.com or call 817-791-7777 within 3 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

A 10% restocking fee may apply; if so, you will be notified.
