Every project has a beginning. Ours started with one simple hope: helping bring them home.

At Engraving & Printing Solutions, we’ve always believed that what we create should mean something. But The Compassion Project is about using what we’ve built at EPS to do something more.

We know how quickly a family can find themselves facing an impossible situation with a pet they love. An unexpected veterinary emergency can mean thousands of dollars they weren’t prepared for. Sometimes treatment can save that pet’s life and bring them home. Other times, the kindest choice is saying goodbye—and even then, the cost of euthanasia and cremation can leave a family facing decisions they never imagined having to make.

We want to help with both.

Beginning in early 2027, a portion of select EPS purchases will help The Compassion Project provide assistance to families facing unexpected veterinary expenses, end-of-life care, humane euthanasia, cremation costs, and meaningful memorial support.

We’re still at the beginning. There are details to work out, decisions to make, and a lot to learn as we build this into what we hope it can become. Instead of waiting until everything is finished to tell you about it, we’ve decided to bring you along from the start.

This journal will document that journey—the ideas, the progress, the challenges, the milestones, and eventually, the stories of the pets and families The Compassion Project is able to help.

Maybe years from now, someone will find this first entry and scroll forward to see everything that grew from one simple idea:

Sometimes bringing them home means helping save their life. Sometimes it means helping bring them home one final time.

This is where The Compassion Project begins.
